3M E-A-R Soft Superfit Earplugs corded foam earplugs seal the earcanal with soft, slow-recovery foam for excellent noise reduction and also reliable hearing protection. Orange fitting ring provides a guideline for proper fitting and also visual compliance check. So E-A-Rfit™ provides an accurate quantitative assessment of how much noise reduction a hearing protector provides to an individual worker.

These earplugs have a Noise Reduction Rating (NRR) of 33 dB, CSA Class AL. Earplugs are made of a polyurethane. Test compatible with 3M E-A-R fit Validation System.

The NRR may overestimate the hearing protection provided during typical use. So 3M recommended reducing the NRR by 50% for estimating the amount of noise reduction provided.
