3M Ammonia Methyl Amine Catridge 6004 NIOSH approved against ammonia and methyl amine. Use with 3M Half and Full Face pieces 6000, 7000 and FF400 Series with bayonet filter holders.

Gas and vapor cartridges use carbon particles to adsorb contaminants, filtering the air that you breathe. 3M™ has designed our cartridges to be easy to breathe through and long lasting by optimizing the layers and depth of the carbon bed, geometry of the cartridge body and also carbon particle size.

Because 3M™ Gas/Vapor Cartridges are NIOSH-approved and help provide respiratory protection from certain gas or vapor concentrations up to 10 times the OSHA Permissible Exposure Limit (PEL) with half facepieces and 50 times the OSHA PEL with quantitatively fit tested full facepieces. So not for use in environments that are immediately dangerous to life or health (IDLH) or contain hazardous levels of airborne particulates.
