Because the reusable free standing base can be re stocked with One Touch refills of our most popular 3M EAR Ear plugs.The dispenser holds 400-500 pairs of earplugs that are dispensed one at a time. So it eliminates the practice of workers reaching into a bin and touching multiple earplugs while taking the ones they need.

• No Waste Funnel system allows reuse of both the base and refill bottle.
• Holds a range of ear plug refill bottles: EAR Classic, Super Fit, Super Fit 30, EAR soft Regular, EAR soft Large and also EAR soft Blast ear plugs. (Order earplugs separately.)
